How to Make a Turkey Napkin: A Step-by-Step Guide to Impress Your Thanksgiving Guests

These are fun to do with your kids for your Thanksgiving Table. My girls always loved to help make our table look pretty for our Thanksgiving dinner.

These are so good that you can make them up to a week ahead of time and have them ready for your Thanksgiving spread. It’s like a fun fall craft but it has a purpose and is useful.

As seen in the image on the right, we used some 9 x 9 inch square dinner napkins with fall-themed designs. For the instruction pictures below I used a 9 x 9 inch burgundy cloth napkin. Either works well! So use what you have or can find!.

1. The napkin should be folded into a square, then turned so that the folded point is down and the open edges are at the top, resembling a diamond.

6. Now flip the napkin over, so underside is now the top side. Subsequently, lift the lower edge of the napkin towards the center, and place the fork into the fold that symbolizes the “turkey head.” To put it simply, make enough so that each place setting always has one available .
