Reserve a Fresh Whole or Half Turkey

In response to consumer requests, we are now accepting reservations for picking up a (fresh) turkey on the farm on either Friday, December 22nd, or Saturday, December 23rd!

This is a reservation for a whole or half fresh turkey from the farm that can be picked up the weekend before Christmas. There is no other pickup location or time for this reservation. If you wish to purchase a turkey for another time, please purchase one using this link.

Balance due at pick up – deposit will be applied to final price.

Please select your size preference (final size is not guaranteed).

  • Fresh Half Turkey: 14 – 18 lbs.
  • Fresh Whole Extra Large: 26 – 32 lbs.

We have some large turkeys left from Thanksgiving that we will process for Christmas. We can offer them in limited sizes. a half turkey and an extra large whole turkey.

Neck and Giblets (Heart, Gizzard & Liver) NOT included unless by request. A good rule of thumb is to estimate about 2 pounds per person you are serving.

Smoked Turkey Half (not frozen)

This is for a smoked, turkey half to be picked up at the farm the weekend before Christmas. There is no other pickup location or time for this reservation. If you wish to purchase a turkey for another time, please purchase one using this link.

  • Half Turkey starting weight is 15 – 18 lbs. and will be 10 – 12 lbs. finished weight after smoking.
  • Whole Turkey starting weight is 10 – 11 lbs. and will be 6 – 7 lbs. finished weight after smoking.

Giblets not included. Must be fully reheated before serving. Serve within 5 days after smoking or freeze for later. We recommend purchasing a Turkey Bone Broth to help retain moisture while reheating. We can only smoke ten turkeys at a time, so we have a limited supply! Instructions are provided below and at pickup on Friday, December 22nd or Saturday, December 23rd!
