Yesterday I was at Costco and bought one of their pre-cooked turkey breasts. Its located in the meats/prepared food section. I’ve decided to give it a try after reading positive reviews about it on the Q threads over the years.
It doesnt have heating instructions on the packaging. How would you heat this up, specifically, what temp and for how long? Its just under 4 pounds. Or. Would you cut some and reheat the slices in the microwave? Would you cover it somehow to maintain moisture content?

This sounds like a great idea! I would warm it on very low. 200 degrees, or even put it in my crockpot on low. No more than 30 minutes total. To keep it moist, you could even surround it with some chicken broth in the form of a heat bath. Good luck!.

If you want to serve this roast as an entrée then Costco suggests heating it up in a shallow pan with water for an hour in a 350F oven. Slice the meat after heating instead of before to prevent it from drying out. Taste Test! The roasted turkey breast is slightly salty but otherwise unseasoned. Overall this is a relatively bland piece of turkey.
