Costco Pre-Cooked Turkey Breast: Your Thanksgiving Hero

Yesterday I was at Costco and bought one of their pre-cooked turkey breasts. Its located in the meats/prepared food section. I’ve decided to give it a try after reading positive reviews about it on the Q threads over the years.

It doesnt have heating instructions on the packaging. How would you heat this up, specifically, what temp and for how long? Its just under 4 pounds. Or. Would you cut some and reheat the slices in the microwave? Would you cover it somehow to maintain moisture content?

We’re heading out for Thanksgiving brunch and returning home to watch football in the late afternoon or early evening. (GOOO EAGLES!) In any case, going out prevents you from having the chance to eat leftovers in the days that follow. I thought that we could heat this up and have available as a way of having leftovers. I will also make a few sides too.

Tired of slaving away in the kitchen all day on Thanksgiving? Wish you could spend more time with your loved ones and less time basting a bird? Well, fret no more, my friend, because Costco has the perfect solution for you: pre-cooked turkey breast!

That’s right, you can ditch the thawing, the brining, the basting, and the roasting and simply heat and serve a delicious, juicy turkey breast that will have your guests raving.

But wait, there’s more! Costco offers two amazing options for your pre-cooked turkey needs:

1. Kirkland Signature Oven-Browned Turkey Breast: This bad boy is a 4-pound behemoth that’s already cooked and browned to perfection. Just pop it in the oven for a quick reheat, and you’re good to go. It’s perfect for smaller gatherings or as a backup plan in case your main turkey goes awry.

2. Rastelli’s Antibiotic-Free Turkey Breast Roast with Turkey Dinner: This option is a true feast for the eyes and the stomach. It includes a perfectly roasted turkey breast (serves 8-10), savory stuffing, creamy mashed potatoes, and a rich gravy. Talk about a stress-free Thanksgiving dinner!

But don’t just take my word for it. Check out these glowing reviews from satisfied Costco customers:

  • “This turkey breast was a lifesaver! It was so easy to prepare and tasted amazing. My guests couldn’t believe it wasn’t homemade.” – Happy Thanksgiving Hostess
  • “I’m not a big fan of turkey, but this one was actually delicious. The meat was moist and flavorful, and the skin was crispy. I’ll definitely be buying this again next year.” – Picky Eater
  • “This turkey dinner was the perfect solution for our small Thanksgiving gathering. It was easy to heat up and everything tasted great. We’ll definitely be ordering this again.” – Small Gathering Fan

So, what are you waiting for? Head to your local Costco and pick up a pre-cooked turkey breast today. You’ll be thankful you did!

P.S. Don’t forget to grab some Costco’s delicious sides to go with your turkey! They have everything from mashed potatoes and gravy to cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie

P.P.S. And while you’re at it, why not pick up a bottle of wine to complete your Thanksgiving feast?

Happy Thanksgiving from your friends at Costco!

Re: Costco Pre Cooked Turkey Breast

This sounds like a great idea! I would warm it on very low. 200 degrees, or even put it in my crockpot on low. No more than 30 minutes total. To keep it moist, you could even surround it with some chicken broth in the form of a heat bath. Good luck!.
