Unless it’s really hot outside and I don’t want to heat up the kitchen, I usually bake these in the oven. I simply enjoy the taste and texture of these baked in the oven. Additionally, it’s simple to toss them in the oven, set a timer, and take a quick break. No flipping on the grill or monitoring a skillet.
I like to serve Mini Chef these with sweet potato fries. It’s a traditional combination with an added nutritional boost. We also like to have a green salad with that, which completes a very satisfying dinner that receives no complaints at all.
