I’ve had a lot of success air-frying different kinds of fish and shellfish, but this salmon is the real winner. The beautifully plump fillets crisp up on the outside whilst the inside remains juicy and tender. I don’t think you can really go wrong with a perfectly cooked salmon fillet.
