Nope! You don’t have to flip it while cooking. Simply put, there is no flipping or monitoring required. The bacon is simply placed on a baking sheet, placed in the oven, and timed. The bacon strips gradually transform into the crispy, golden-hued, and irresistible bacon we know and love in the oven while bubbling away (no splattering!).
