Tips for Making Air Fryer Beef Roast:
Although this technique requires some steps and patience, it is also very simple. The roast should first be placed in the air fryer to sear the outside for about 5 minutes after it has been preheated.
It’s best to use a cooking oil spray to coat the air fryer. I can use olive oil cooking spray without problems most of the time, but if you want an oil with a higher smoke point, try grapeseed oil.
It is necessary to cook the roast from a thawed state. Be sure to let it thaw out before cooking.
It’s also best to season it, we use Weber Steak Seasoning on the roast and it was wonderful.
Keep in mind that the recipe card must be followed exactly because the instructions for making the gravy packet are not on it. Make sure to use a gluten-free brown gravy packet if you need to make it gluten-free.
When the roast is finished cooking, the drippings in the foil can be used to make gravy.
Can you put aluminum foil in the air fryer?
The gravy and liquid that are poured over the roast are best caught by placing a sheet of aluminum foil underneath this.
To allow for complete air circulation, foil must be rolled up on the sides before using in an air fryer.
