This adorable Thanksgiving turkey headband is a simple craft that’s perfect for kids of all ages and a great way to get into the holiday spirit. Get ready to gobble up some fun!

What You’ll Need:
- Colored cardstock or construction paper: Choose festive colors like orange, brown, red, and yellow for a vibrant turkey.
- Scissors: For cutting out all the fun turkey parts.
- Glue stick: To securely attach all the pieces together.
- Tape: For extra reinforcement and to attach the headband extenders.
- Crayons or markers: If you’re using the black and white template, let your creativity shine with colors.

Instructions:
- Download and print the turkey template. Make sure to print it on cardstock or thick paper for sturdiness.
- Cut out all the pieces. Carefully cut out the turkey head, beak, snood, feathers, and headband extenders.
- Assemble the turkey head. Glue the eyes in the center of the turkey’s head, followed by the beak just below the eyes. Then, glue the snood above the beak.
- Create the turkey feathers. Fan out the feathers and glue or tape them together to form a beautiful tail.
- Prepare the headband. Attach the headband extenders to the headband base using tape. Form a circle and secure the ends together with more tape.
- Attach the feathers to the headband. Place the turkey feathers inside the back of the headband and tape them securely in place. You can tape them to the inside bottom and outside back of the headband for extra stability.
And voilà! Your Thanksgiving turkey headband is complete! Now your little ones can strut their stuff with this festive accessory and celebrate Thanksgiving in style.
