This is the best flour I know for my sourdough bread. C

I was able to get a 2 lb bag at a 99 cent only store for $1. 50. Thought I would give it a try. Not knowing anything about this product before. First I made pizza dough with the bread recipe on the back of the bag. When it was all mixed up, it was a little too wet to make pizza crust. So added a half cup more flour and it was perfect. Crust had great flavor and a wonderful chew. Next day I made rolls with a recipe off of the Lehi Mills web site. Totally awesome. Fluffy center and a nice chewy crust on the outside. Went back to the store today and bought the last 12 they had. And had them order another case for me.
