  • Add finely chopped vegetables, beef that has been sitting around, garlic, sugar, oil, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
  • A frying pan that has some oil in it should be heated. Add 1/4 of the mixture to the pan. Fry for 2–3 minutes at medium heat, or until golden. Turn the pattie and fry on the other side.
  • Egg Foo Young GRAVY: Combine the cornstarch and broth in a small saucepan and whisk to combine. Add remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil while constantly stirring, then cook for about one minute, or until the mixture thickens.
