What Toppings Can Be Used?

You can pick any toppings you like! The sky is the limit! When it comes to pizza, we like to keep things simple with sausage, pepperoni, and jalapenos. However, we also love making our own taco pizza! I think the next time I use this crust, I’ll try a seafood mix! As I said, be creative! It’s your pizza!

What Is Needed to Make it?

  • 11.36 oz box of Red Lobster Cheddar Bay Biscuit Mix
  • 14 oz jar or Pizza Sauce
  • 4-6 Cups of Mozzarella Cheese
  • Your Favorite Pizza Toppings

Follow the directions on the back of the box as you would for making the biscuits. Mix that together until a sticky dough forms. Spread it out onto a 10×15 greased rimmed baking sheet. The dough is really sticky so I put oil on my hands to spread it out. You may need to reapply the oil a few times!.

Next, put the crust on a baking sheet. Put the seasoning packet that comes in the box with half a stick of butter and mix them together.

For the next step, you will either warm it up in an oven set to 425 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes, Or you can use a grill like I did. (I didn’t want to turn on my oven because it was 100 degrees outside the day I made this!) This is an important step because if you don’t do it, the crust will get soggy!

Now it’s time to add the toppings! As I said, you can be as creative as you want! I chose pepperoni, jalapenos, pizza sauce, and mozzarella cheese. But you can use anything you want!

Then it will go back in the oven or on the grill for another 8 to 10 minutes, or until the cheese is nice and bubbly and golden brown. Make sure the crust is also nice and crispy. And that is all there is to it!.

Let it cool and set for about 5 minutes, and then you can eat it!

Please rate and comment on this recipe if you make it. I love hearing from you, and it helps me a lot. Thank you all!
