If an address in Texas is in a next-day delivery area, orders are delivered there Monday through Thursday. To avoid the wait of orders sitting in a warehouse on Sundays, orders to far west Texas and other states are shipped Monday through Wednesday. When your order ships, you will get an email with a tracking number.
All meat shipped with 1-2 day options must be delivered frozen. Three-day shipments ought to be delivered partially thawed or at refrigerator temperature. Place your beef in the refrigerator or freezer as soon as you get it after arriving. The quality of your beef won’t be impacted if you put it back in the freezer after it has partially thawed.
