This is an order for a whole, fresh turkey from the farm, which will be picked up the weekend before Thanksgiving. There is no other pickup location or time for this reservation. If you wish to purchase a turkey for another time, please purchase one using this link.

Balance due at pick up – deposit will be applied to final price.

  • Petite: 7 – 10 lbs.
  • Small: 10 – 14 lbs.

We anticipate having FRESH options, in sizes ranging from Petite to Large, available for pickup at the farm the weekend before Thanksgiving. Final weight selection will be made at pickup the weekend before Thanksgiving at the farm. We can’t guarantee the final weights because we are raising them for just-in-time processing, but we’ll try our best! (X-Large might be fresh or frozen)

Neck and Giblets (Heart, Gizzard & Liver) included. A good rule of thumb is to estimate about 2 pounds per person you are serving.

Our Pasture Raised Turkey Bratwurst are a delightful addition perfect for outdoor grilling or the stovetop. We make our own seasoning with just kosher salt, white pepper, milk powder, black pepper, ground mace, ground ginger, mustard powder, dried marjoram, cardamom, coriander, and garlic powder.

Our pasture-raised turkey necks are also available in bulk cases, which come in three or four individual vacuum-sealed packs.

We love to put them in the crock-pot with a little broth until they are ready to shred. We then enjoy pulled turkey in burritos, white chili or sandwiches.

Our pasture-raised Italian ground turkey is mostly made up of whole muscle, along with a mixture of roughly 2020% dark meat and 2020% light meat. We season it with a mild Italian seasoning that goes well with your favorite recipes because it’s neither sweet nor spicy.

Seasoning Ingredients: Dried Parsley, Oregano, Basil, Thyme, Black Pepper, Fennel Seeds, Paprika, Cayenne, Salt, Garlic & Onion Powder. (no other additives).

  • A perfect blend of salt and spices for wetting your poultry!

Comes with an optional 5 gallon bucket.

Instructions: Add brine mix to a large container with 1 ½ gallons water, stir and dissolve salt. Find a container to place bird on in fridge/cooler. Once the bird has been cleaned and the giblets removed, place it inside the brining bag so that it is tied upright and sits flat on the bottom. Pour brine mixture over bird, tie off bag and place upright in fridge/cooler. Keep refrigerated and let sit 24 hours in brine solution. Remove turkey, rinse and cook using preferred method.

Ingredients: coarse organic sugar, Sun Crystal salt, bay leaves, peppercorns, ground sage, dried thyme, and granulated garlic
