How to cook chicken patties?

I almost always prepare meals, but I don’t have enough time to upload them all.

You are already aware of my cooking tenets: food must be quick, simple, healthy (or at least somewhat healthy), obviously delicious, and good-looking (not like it has been partially digested as in nursing homes). Sorry for the visuals.

We always have a fresh side salad with our dinner. And even though we LOVE carbs (potatoes, rice, and pasta), I try to serve them in moderation or in small amounts. Veggies are our staple!.

I used my Kotletki recipe to make these adorable baked chicken patties instead of the traditional patties.

Not in this recipe. It was written for leftover cooked chicken. You can use this recipe for turkey burgers and substitute chicken for the turkey if you’d prefer.

Simple food processor blending of a few ingredients will yield patties that can be fried in olive oil. Theyre crispy and delicious, and leftovers are great too.

Kosher salt and black pepper: You should use less fine salt to prevent the patties from becoming overly salty.

How long do I bake chicken patties?

Bake these chicken patties at 400 degrees for 15 minutes. I recommend making the patties about ¾” thick. A thicker patty will take longer to cook. Whenever cooking raw chicken, I recommend using a digital meat thermometer to check for doneness. Chicken is done when it reaches 165 degrees.
