The majority of the time, frozen mixed seafood includes a variety of shellfish, including clams, mussels, shrimp, scallops, and oysters. To keep seafood fresh and avoid overcooking it, which results in a rubbery texture and diminishes the flavor, it must be properly defrosted in the refrigerator. The flavor of mixed seafood can be enhanced by cooking it in a sauce, and it can be combined with a variety of ingredients to make a seafood entree.
Put the frozen seafood in a bowl, then wrap it in plastic wrap. Put the seafood in the fridge to defrost for 24 hours.

If cooking a thick fish fillet like tuna or swordfish, grease your grill rack with nonstick cooking spray or oil to prevent sticking. If cooking a delicate fish, such as tilapia or snapper, line the grill with tinfoil.
Remove the seafood from the refrigerator. Because each type of seafood requires a different amount of grilling time, separate the mixed seafood. Put shellfish in a bowl, including oysters, mussels, and clams. Place fish fillets on a plate. Skewer shrimp and scallops.
Fish fillets should be grilled for approximately 10 minutes or until opaque. After cooking the fillet for half the time, flip it over, turn off the heat, and serve.
Depending on size, grill the shellfish under cover for 3 to 10 minutes, or until the shells crack open to indicate the shellfish is done. Remove the shellfish from the grill and serve.
Place the skewered shrimp and scallops and the shellfish on the grill rack. For even grilling, turn the skewers halfway through the cooking process as you grill the skewered seafood for about 3 minutes.

If the shellfish haven’t already been shucked, shuck them by sliding a paring knife between the top and bottom shells and around the hinge. Place the shucked fish in a bowl.
Oil should be heated and poured into a deep frying pan to about halfway up the side. In a bowl, whisk an egg until it becomes foamy. Place flour on one plate and breadcrumbs on another. Each piece of the mixed seafood should be covered in flour, then dipped in the egg and breadcrumbs.
Fry the seafood mixture for about three minutes on each side in the hot oil. The mixed seafood should be turned over, removed with tongs, and placed on a plate lined with paper towels for one minute to absorb the oil before eating.
Never defrost seafood at room temperature because doing so leads to spoiled seafood. Eating bad seafood cab result in illness.
How To Cook Frozen Seafood Medley In The Air Fryer
Spray the air fryer basket with your preferred non-stick cooking spray before you begin cooking anything.
Place the air fryer basket with the bag of frozen seafood medley inside. Cook at 400F for 15 minutes.
You can use any seasoning you like, but I chose salt, pepper, and some old bay seasoning halfway through the cooking time. Take out the air fryer basket and season the seafood medley.
Make sure to stir the seafood to evenly distribute the seasonings, then put it back in the air fryer to finish cooking.
