Combine it with mayo, relish, and diced celery for lunch, then heap it onto slider buns. similar to how you would prepare a chicken or tuna salad, but with a beefier flavor. You can use this in place of ground beef to make corned beef spaghetti if you don’t want to bring anything that needs to be refrigerated for rv meals.
