How To Get Turkey Day Set Items
The main way to get Turkey Day Set crafting recipes and items in Animal Crossing: New Horizons is to play the Turkey Day Thanksgiving event with Franklin on November 26, 2020.
There are two types of Turkey Day Set items you can get during the Thanksgiving event:
- Four non-craftable items, like the Turkey Day Rug or Cornucopia.
- Eight handcrafted items that can be made as the item itself or as the recipe, like the Turkey Day Hearth or Turkey Day Decorations
Franklin’s four dishes must be completed in order to obtain the four non-craftable Turkey Day Set items. Adding secret ingredients to Franklin’s dishes during the Turkey Day event will allow you to access the remaining eight craftable items and/or their recipes.
Nook’s Cranny is also offering the Cozy Turkey Day DIY collection—which features eight identical recipes—for 19,800 Bells following the event. The same items will also be sold in the shop’s seasonal sale slot in the bottom right. Both options will remain through the rest of November.
This means that the eight craftable items aren’t really exclusive rewards to the Turkey Day event. However, the four non-craftable items you initially acquired by completing the dishes appear to be exclusive because there doesn’t seem to be any other way to get them.
