Every Which Way is the sandwich shop in every town, but Scarlet and Violet don’t put it on your map like they do other shops. You’ll have to explore a bit to find the shop.
As you get more Gym badges, the man behind the counter will teach you a few new recipes. Be sure to come back after getting a new one. You can also buy a ready-made sandwich or set up a picnic while you’re here if you don’t want to use one of your own.
Once you have all the different flavors of Herba Mystica, talk to the man from the Sandwich Shop again to get more recipes that are only for Mystica.
There are three parts to a Meal Power: a main power, a secondary power, and an Encounter power that increases the chance of meeting a certain type of Pokémon. Each sandwich gives you a Meal Power.
