Which steak cut is best for steak bites or steak tips?
We advise preparing the various steaks with your preferred We prefer chuck shoulder, ribeye, sirloin, and tri-tip steaks (also known as London Broil steaks), depending on the budget. - 1 lb. (454 g) steak , cut into about 1/2” cubes.
- 2 Tablespoons (30 ml) butter
- 4 cloves (4 cloves) garlic , minced or crushed
- 2 teaspoons (10 ml) Worcestershire sauce , optional
- salt , to taste
- black pepper , to taste
- Minced Italian parsley , garnish
- chili flakes , for finishing, optional

- Pat dry the steak cubes. 2 tablespoons of butter should be melted in a big skillet on a high heat. Add the steak cubes and lay in a single layer. Depending on the size of the steak, searing all sides on high heat until a crust forms around the steak cubes typically takes 3 to 5 minutes.
- Add the garlic, optional Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper. Cook the steak bites for an additional minute or two, or until they are cooked to your preference.
- Boost the seasoning with additional salt and/or pepper, optional chili flakes, and chopped parsley. Finish the steak bites with an additional tablespoon or so of melted butter, if desired. Serve hot.
