Thanksgiving is a time for family, friends, and of course, food. While the traditional turkey is a staple on many Thanksgiving tables, some people like to get creative with their culinary creations. One such creation is the spam-carved turkey, a bizarre and somewhat disturbing dish that has been making the rounds on social media
The spam-carved turkey is exactly what it sounds like: a turkey that has been carved out of a can of Spam. The “meat” of the turkey is made from the processed pork product, while the “skin” is made from a layer of gelatin. The result is a surprisingly realistic-looking turkey that is sure to turn heads (and stomachs) at your Thanksgiving dinner.
The origin of the spam-carved turkey is unknown but it has been circulating online for several years. It first appeared on Facebook in 2018, and has since been shared on Reddit Twitter, and other social media platforms.
The reaction to the spam-carved turkey has been mixed. Some people find it to be a hilarious and creative dish, while others find it to be gross and unappetizing. Regardless of your opinion, there’s no denying that the spam-carved turkey is a unique and memorable Thanksgiving dish.
If you’re feeling adventurous this Thanksgiving, why not give the spam-carved turkey a try? Just be sure to have some antacids on hand, just in case.

Is Turkey spam a good substitute for Turkey purduct?
We love the turkey spam due to the ease of cooking a turkey purduct without a long process from scratch. But, it’s too salty for some of my recipes. It would be great and healthier alternative to the turkey one. Love this product but it spikes my blood pressure. It would be absolutely wonderful if there was a low sodium or lite option as well.
