- In a small saucepan, warm the Cheez Whiz, milk, and shredded cheddar cheese until the cheese has melted. Reduce heat to a simmer.
- Layer slices of roast beef in a nonstick skillet.
- Sdd 1 tablespoon of water. Place the lid on the skillet. The beef should steam for 3 to 4 minutes with the heat set to medium.
- In the meantime, slice the onion buns if necessary
- Toast the buns in a hot skillet with butter inside.
- Spread about 1 tablespoon of Arby’s Red Ranch Sauce on the bottom bun before assembling the sandwich. Each sandwich should have 1/4 of the roast beef added, followed by Arby’s Cheese Sauce. Cover the sandwich with the top bun.
