Inspired by the silhouette of a Kentucky tobacco barn, our new visitors’ center is an architectural marvel. Recipient of numerous awards, it provides an amazing perspective of the Kentucky River and is an essential stop on the Kentucky Bourbon Trail®.

STANDING THE TEST OF TIME

The hues red and green serve as obvious indicators that you have arrived at the Wild Turkey Bourbon location. Jimmy has been passionate about creating these structures for over 75 years.

Step into bourbon history by taking in our majestic rickhouses. Each one is seven stories tall, filled with barrels of Wild Turkey Bourbon and Rye. Learn about the aging process and see why the elevation level of each barrel greatly influences its flavor.

Wander the campus grounds and take in the breathtaking views of the Kentucky River. One surefire indication that spring has arrived are the cherry trees next to the rickhouses that are in full bloom.

Our bourbon barrels may be old, but we prefer our Visitor Center fresh. While we make some updates, we invite you to visit our pop-up gift shop at the Station Master’s House, which opens this week. Get your favorite bottle, pick up some Wild Turkey memorabilia, or just stop by Lawrenceburg at 1525 Tyrone Road to enjoy a delicious cocktail with us. No tours or guided tastings at this time.
